Holde Agri Invest is a Romanian company specialized in agricultural land management. Starting as an innovative project in agriculture initiated and co-financed by prominent Romanian investors and entrepreneurs, the company aims to become one of the most prominent players in the local agricultural sector. Established in 2016, Holde Agri Invest has expanded strongly, currently operating almost 10,000 hectares of agricultural land (an area that will increase, in the medium term, to a minimum of 20,000 hectares), as well as a storage capacity of 10,000 tons (which will expand, by 2023, to 30,000 tons). Investments in the coming years will focus on the acquisition of more efficient equipment and machinery, which will reduce fuel and pesticide consumption, as well as on plant genetics, to increase productivity and adapt to new climatic conditions. Holde Agri Invest has been listed since 2020 on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with the stock symbol HAI, and is part of the BETAeRO index.

Cerealcom (http://www.cerealcomteleorman.ro/) is a Romanian company whose main activity is the cultivation of cereals (excluding rice), legumes and oilseed plants, the storage and manufacture of vegetable oils and fats, as well as the marketing of cereals and oils. The company was founded in 1997, by taking over part of the assets of the National Agency for Agricultural Products RA, with state capital. Later, in 1999, the company became a private company, and in 2002 it expanded its scope of activity following the merger by absorption with the Rosiori Oil Factory. Cerealcom has been listed since 2003 on the multilateral trading system of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, currently on the AeRO market, with the stock symbol CCOM.
